The lifestyle
Space, sea and a slower week
Days here run on the weather rather than the clock. The beaches below the village stay empty outside August, and the village itself has enough for daily life without pretending to be a resort.

First impressions
Esentepe sits on the coastal shelf east of Kyrenia, where the mountains step back from the sea and leave room to build. It is quieter than Kyrenia by a wide margin, and the trade is a drive of around twenty five minutes for anything urban.
The Korineum golf course anchors the area and keeps a certain standard in the developments around it. Buyers here tend to be looking for space and a view rather than a short walk to a restaurant.

The investment case
Esentepe gives more square metres per euro than Kyrenia and lets well through the golf season. The caveat is winter: occupancy thins outside the warmer months, so treat rental income as seasonal rather than constant.
Market snapshot
Steady growth driven by new build supply and the golf course. Less liquid than Kyrenia, so plan on a longer sale window if you need to exit quickly.
