First impressions
Iskele has changed more in ten years than anywhere else on the island. What was farmland behind a long sand beach is now the biggest concentration of new apartment stock in North Cyprus, aimed squarely at investors.
That brings opportunity and risk in the same package. The beach is genuinely good and the entry prices are the lowest we list, but supply is heavy and not every developer here deserves your deposit.
