Referral Programme Terms

Once the programme is live, you will be able to create a personal referral link through your account and share it with people you genuinely know. When someone registers through your link and later completes a purchase with us, you earn a reward scaled to the purchase price of the property.

A referral connection is made at registration and holds for twenty four months. If your contact was already registered with us before using your link, the earlier registration takes precedence. First contact wins, which protects everyone, including you.

The reward is fixed by the completed purchase price: €400 for properties under €200,000, €700 for properties between €200,000 and €350,000, and €1,000 for properties above €350,000. Each completed purchase earns its own reward, and there is no cap on the number of successful referrals.

The reward comes from our marketing budget. The referred buyer pays exactly the same price as any direct buyer, and we will show either party the arithmetic on request, and this principle is not negotiable in either direction.

“Completed” means the contract of sale is signed, registered at the District Land Office, and any contractual cancellation period has expired. We pay within thirty days of that milestone, by bank transfer in euros to the account you nominate, and confirm the payment in writing.

If a purchase is cancelled before completion, no reward is due, and a reward paid on a transaction that later unwinds within its cancellation period may be reclaimed. Once the programme is live, your account will show the status of every referral from first click to payment.

Anyone aged eighteen or over can join; you need not be a past client. Excluded are our own employees and the buyer of the referred transaction themselves, so you cannot refer yourself, including through relatives acting as intermediaries on the same purchase.

Share your link personally: conversations, messages, your own social profiles. What the programme is not for: paid advertising using our brand, spam, misleading claims about properties or returns, or presenting yourself as our agent. Breaches lead to removal from the programme and forfeiture of unpaid rewards, a step we will always explain.

We process your data and your referred contact’s data as described in our privacy policy. Your contact can see that they were referred and by whom; there are no hidden connections, because the programme only works if it would survive both parties reading everything.

We may amend these terms or close the programme for the future with reasonable notice. Referrals already registered continue under the terms in force when they were made, because changes never apply backwards.
